By participating in the promotional giveaway, participants agree to be bound by Happy and Healthy Mom's Official Rules of Participation. Participation Eligibility

A player must either be a mailinglist subscriber on http://www.happyandhealthymom.com in order to participate. If you are not a current subscriber, completing the entry form will serve as your subscription to our mailing list.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Happy and Healthy Mom and immediate family members (spouse, children, and siblings) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to win giveaways/sweepstakes. They may participate in comments, but will be excluded from giveaways. Participants must claim any giveaway product within 48 hours of being declared the winner.

Any bonus entries will be explained in the current giveaway. Any participant failing to abide by the rules of the giveaway will be immediately disqualified without notice.

All giveaway products must be shipped to a physical address in one of the 50 United States or Washington D.C. Unless otherwise specified by participating companies. Winner may be required to pay shipping costs.
Acceptance of any giveaway constitutes permission for Happy and Healthy Mom to use the winner's name and image for the purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of Participation. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Participate

In addition to subscribing to the Happy and Healthy Mom mailing list, Participants must complete the entry form and when required, post the appropriate comments in the comment section under the current giveaway to be eligible for the giveaway being provided.

Participants must complete form and comments no later than 11:59:59 pm EST on the final day stated on the current giveaway. Giveaway products will be shipped or fulfilled at no cost to the participants unless specifically stated in the current giveaway. Players living outside the 50 United States or Washington D.C. forfeit their right to giveaways as stated in the General Rules of Eligibility and Play above unless the participating companies make special arrangements prior to the giveaway. Any prior arrangements will be specified in the current giveaway.

Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Claiming Prizes

All giveaway winners will be given a 48-hour window to claim their prize through the rules of play as stated on the "How To Participate" section. Giveaway products not claimed will be redistributed to other winning players. Email addresses must be valid, and no attempt will be made by Happy and Healthy Mom to validate email addresses or address/phone information,

Happy and Healthy Mom.Com's privacy policy will be followed implicitly. All participant information will be the property of Happy and Healthy Mom, and will be held for the sole purpose of communication, advertising, and marketing. Participants will have opportunities to enroll in other online giveaways, drawings, or marketing promotions, but no requirement will be made to this end by Happy and Healthy Mom.
