Mompreneurs Anonymous
Okay, so I’ve gotten to that point in my mompreneur career where my family is telling me that I’m spending too much time working. My husband actually had to semi ban me from the computer all weekend. I had to sneak on here while he was in the shower.
It’s hard to explain to someone that my kind of job requires all different hours, especially when it’s so hard to work during the day when I am all alone with the kids. You know it’s become a problem when I can completely tune out my daughter’s incessant whining of “mommy,” while continuing to twitter away. Is it possible that this addiction goes beyond my typical workaholic tendencies into something more pathological? Is there a mompreneurs anonymous group I can join? In the meantime, I might need to take a step back from being online so much. That is why am putting out some advertisements for some guest bloggers, writers, and sales representatives. I’ve come to the realization that I can not do this on my own, while still being a Happy and Healthy Mom myself. I know there’s some kind of quote out there like, “A good leader knows how do everything and a great leader knows how to get someone else to do everything.” Ha ha. But seriously, I am reaching out to those who are interested in helping me help other new moms and mommies to be to live happy and healthy lives. Whose with me?
