Welcome to our Review-a-thon Day 1! Today we will be reviewing One Natural Experience, aka O.N.E., makers of all natural coconut water products. I first learned about O.N.E. earlier this year as they became a sponsor of our Happy and Healthy Mom events. (This is not a sponsored post). Before they approached me, I had NEVER tried coconut water and easily confused coconut water with coconut milk.

If you are in South Florida or California, you might have seen their products on the shelves. They will be moving into a more national market, as they grow.

One Natural Experience Coconut Water

Through developing a relationship with this company, I learned a lot about coconut water and the benefits it can provide, especially as an alternative to soft drinks loaded with sugar. Unlike coconut milk, there is no fat in coconut water. It can also be very good for pregnant and new moms. It contains lauric acid, which is naturally found in breastmilk, and it can help you stay hydrated.

Some more benefits to breastfeeding moms (taken from their website): “Due to high concentrations of water in breast milk, nursing mothers require three additional 8oz servings of water per day. Drinking one 11oz O.N.E.™ Coconut Water has the same short-term hydration as drinking one full liter of water. However, drinking O.N.E.™ Coconut Water does not eliminate the need to drink regular water.”

When I was first exposed to O.N.E., I tried several different varieties of coconut water including water with a splash of Pink Guava, water with a splash of Passion Fruit, water with a splash of Pineapple, water with a splash of Mango, water with a splash of Acai, and the original coconut water. When I visit their website, I am seeing new flavors, such as Coffee Fruit and Cashew Fruit, as well as O.N.E. water, which I have never tried.

Of all of the flavors I have tried so far, the coconut water with a splash of passion fruit was by far my favorite. I tried the original coconut water first, and admittedly expected it to taste like a pina colada, but found it to be a mildly sweet and very hearty, with no real coconut flavoring. I tried the water with the pink guava next, and found it to be slightly sweeter but it is definitely only a “splash” of the fruit. The pineapple splash and the mango splash ones were reall nice, not too sweet, but just enough. The Acai one is definitely an acquired taste, as it is very strong and almost has a rotten berry type of flavor. The passion fruit one was simply sweet and completely addictive. I honestly admit that I really hated passion fruit juice in general prior to trying this coconut water. I think I liked it so much because it was just a splash, and not overwhelming. Although I do not see this flavor on their main website anymore, you can still find it on Amazon. Overall, I would love to continue drinking their coconut water with passion fruit juice, so I hope they decide to continue making it.

What I like about O.N.E. as a company

  • They are environmentally responsible. They use Tetra Pack cartons which are recycleable and leave less of a carbon footprint.
  • Their coconut water is packaged in such a way as go straight from the fruit to the packaging, without the exposure to air that can affect the flavor and benefits.
  • The company’s marketing director is a woman and a woman is in charge of marketing in South Florida, so they really speak to our needs as women.
  • The company is so involved with the communities in which it is based. They are always sponsoring local events and participating to help get their products out there. It also supports nonprofits such as the Brazil Foundation and Healthy Child Healthy World.
  • They saw what I was trying to do with Happy and Healthy Mom & they have helped me to make successful strides in my vision.

Buy It

Nationwide, you can buy O.N.E. online on Amazon. If you are looking for it in stores, you will find it in South Florida and California in stores like Publix & CVS, though they are expanding nationally as it is distributed (not manufactured) by Pepsi. It is usually available in individual servings for about $1.50 each. More information can be found on their website:

They even have a form that you can print out and bring to your local store if you would like to see them carry O.N.E.

If you attended one of the Happy and Healthy Mom events & had a chance to try O.N.E., I invite you to write your own review of it in a comment below. If you are here for the review-a-thon, please leave your comment as well.

We sell O.N.E. at Bikram Hot Yoga Miami and our customers love it. Most popular is the one liter size that students can drink after classes on consecutive days. It is great to be able to serve our customers an all-natural product that we know is really good for them.

I have been drinking coconut water for many years and so I’ve tried many different brands. O.N.E. Natural Coconut Water is by far the best one on the shelves!!! I LOVE IT!!! It is truly refreshing and has loads of Potassium that I really need!!! I usually get it at Whole Foods but I did major back flips when I found it in the supermarket…Yippee!
My daughter & I have a non-profit that focuses on inspiring young people to become stewards of the Ocean & educate them about Water conservation and so we approached the marketing manager here in South Florida for support of our current program called the…”One Water Workshop”. It is so wonderful that O.N.E. Natural Experience did not hesitate in coming on board and supporting us wholeheartedly!!! We appreciate Maria so much….she supports our programs without hesitation and demonstrates the passion that the company has for supporting the community. Rock on O.N.E!!!!!!

#3 Dollhouses :

I love anything that has to do with coconuts. It is so healthy for you. I am a big advocate of coconut oil both taken internally and used on the skin. ONE Natural Coconut water is another great way to get all the benefits of coconut.

Our group of MiamiPace triathletes drink ONE during and after workouts! I love taking it in my water bottle on my long bike rides! Love the taste and the fact that I’m getting my dosis of electrolytes on these hot Miami days!
